Visit Our Portal on the 1st of Each Month
Click the CLIENT PORTAL button on the menu (top right or below), log in, choose the tab for "Billing and Payments". Then choose "Insurance Reimbursement Statements". Open any statement you have not already submitted for.
File Your Claim with Reimbursify
The quickest mechanism for filing your claims is through the app. You can download the app at one of these links: Google Play - OR - Apple.
Alternatively, you can use the button below to file the claim.
Whichever mechanism you use, you enter your insurance, personal, and session information from your "Insurance Reimbursement Statements".
Relax and Wait
While initial claims might take longer to come back and wait times vary, generally once you begin submitting regularly you can expect them back in 2-4 weeks..
